1. Using our website
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order with us. You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating an order and to use the site only for lawful purposes. We may suspend or restrict access to the site at any time, for maintenance, security, or other operational reasons.
2. Products and pricing
We make every effort to display our mugs and pricing accurately, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and occasionally a listing error may occur. All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is dispatched; if this happens, we'll contact you to confirm before proceeding.
3. Personalised items
For personalised mugs, you are responsible for checking spelling, wording and layout before submitting your order. Because personalised items are made specifically for you, they are not eligible for a change-of-mind return once production has begun, though your rights for faulty or damaged items are unaffected — see our Returns & Refunds Policy.
4. Order acceptance
Placing an order through our checkout is an offer to buy, which we accept once we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred, in which case we'll offer a full refund.
5. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are set out on our Why Shop With Us page. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and we're not liable for delays caused by our courier partners or events outside our reasonable control.
6. Intellectual property
All designs, text, images and branding on this site belong to LUXVIBE LTD or our licensors, unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, resell or repurpose our designs without our written permission.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a UK consumer. Subject to that, our liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the value of that order, except in cases of death, personal injury, or fraud, where the law does not allow such limitation.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
